This week marks a full year since I started writing.
What began as a small project, a way to document my discipline journey and leave something meaningful for my kids, has grown into something much bigger. It’s become a movement. A source of value not just for me, but for so many of you who have embraced this approach in your own lives.
To everyone who has read, supported, or even quietly moved on: thank you. You’ve all been part of this journey. You’ve given me the confidence to keep writing, to believe this work matters, and to see how it can help others. Thanks for walking the walk with me, supporting my work and helping me spread this new approach to discipline.
To my wife: thank you for your support and patience ♥️, for giving me the time to create this project and cheering me on from the sidelines. This wouldn’t exist without you.
This is not just my work, it’s something built with the encouragement and trust of many.
Here’s to one year. And here’s to many more surprises, lessons, and moments to come.
Thank you for being here.
📣 Announcements
🚀 Big news!
I’m thrilled to announce the first release of the Adaptable Discipline documentation.
This is the foundation behind all my reflections and coaching materials, and it’s completely free for everyone.
The goal is simple:
Help you build your own systems so you can create sustainable discipline by reducing the time it takes to get back on track. This is the heart of my philosophy.
This project has been weeks in the making, and I’m proud to finally share it with you.
It’s not definitive, this is a living document that will continue to grow and improve over time, so stay tuned for updates!
Check it out and let me know what you think in this thread!
You can find the link here.
Thank you again so much for walking with me.
