Why You Can’t Stop Working (Even When You’re Exhausted)

We’re already heading into the end of July, and summer feels like it’s flying. I’ve been moving between family, work, and my projects. In that order.

I imagine things feel full on your side too, so I just want to say thank you. For reading. For reflecting. For choosing to stay engaged even when life is crowded.

What I share here will always be built to serve. Not to impress. I want this space to be useful to you. Tangible. Grounded in things that actually move you forward.

This week’s companion — the name I give these articles — comes from a place I know well. I’ve lived close to the kind of pressure Shane described. I hope what’s inside helps you walk through it with more clarity and a little less weight.
