Totally. Discipline and mental health feed into each other, it’s a cycle.

I 100% agree that Substack really feels like one of the last bastions where human creativity can truly flourish.

On all sides, we're surrounded by machines, AI, and corporations that want to enslave our creativity.

We will own nothing and we'll be happy is what they want - we won't let them.
